Why are your Pins so expensive?
I am going through new manufacture, who has been knowing to have better quality than previous ones, so getting the pins made are more pricy. As well, I’ve also decided to go a more eco-friendly route in my packaging, which is more costly but in the end worth the price if it’s helping the environment.

I know kickstarter ended and surveys have been sent out, but can I add more to my pledge ?
Due to the large amount of backers there are, it becomes very difficult to keep track of who has paid between kickstarter payments and PayPal payments. This becomes a matter of missing items or mixed up orders.
Before the Kickstarter ends please ensure that you have everything you wanted, as I will not be accepting add-ons after.

My charge wont go through Kickstarter for some reason, is it possible to pay your via e-transfer or paypal?
Unfortunately, I can not accept any other types of payments other than through Kickstarter. It becomes very complicated once I start getting multiple payments from different sources, it’s hard to keep track of who has paid and who hasn’t. This in turn becomes a fact that I totally forget people’s rewards, or I get people who don’t pay the invoice until much later.

Why is shipment so expensive this time around?
Due covid and previous kickstarters, I’ve decided that all rewards include tracking. This is due to the fact that in previous kickstarters over the last year I have lost more packages than ever before. I didn’t have tracking on these packages and because of that the postal service would not open a case or even refund for the cost of shipping and the cost of product missing. Due to this fact I end up paying double and shipping and product.
To prevent that I now include tracking on all the rewards and if you live outside North America you also get the benefit of getting your packages in 5 to 10 business days rather than 4 to 12 weeks.
I’m sorry for this inconvenience but in the end it is a safer and my best bet to get packages to you quickly and in a reliable way. If Kickstarter had an option for backers to choose their own shipping method I would have gone down that route but unfortunately they do not.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
